At HockeyStickMan, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original condition. Please note that due to the nature of the sport, used sticks and custom pro stock items are generally sold as-is unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and sticks are protected to prevent shipping damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
