Do you offer a warranty on your sticks?
Because we sell pro stock equipment and refurbished sticks at significantly discounted prices, they do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. However, we do offer our own limited 30-day warranty on specific refurbished models.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Shipping across North America typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is a refurbished stick?
Refurbished sticks are high-end pro sticks that have been professionally repaired using internal carbon fiber technology. This restores the stick's structural integrity and flex with minimal impact on weight or performance.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns on unused equipment within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
